Pafos Elite Villas at the exclusive Paradise Cove is a small development of 10 luxury sea view villas in a quiet and peaceful seafront location. We have 1, 2 and 3 bedroom villas which can accommodate 2 adults up to 6 adults and 2 children under 12 years. These villas are all finished to the very highest standards and quality. The interiors are fitted out with modern designer Italian furniture, and all are equipped with Wifi, Satellite international TV, Security alarms and cameras, air conditioning and heating for those cosy winter nights.
The beach is just 50 metres away, and all 10 villas have a direct sea view with glorious sunset views in the evening across the bay. There is an exclusive beachfront bar as well as private sunbeds. All villas have their own private swimming pools, and 5 villas have the option of heated pools for those cooler winter days.
Paphos Harbour is just a short walk along the beautiful coastal path, past the Lighthouse and World Heritage Archaeological site. The popular Tomb of the Kings historical site and also many bars, Cafes and the brand new Kings Mall complex is also just a few minutes away.

The double-storey Sapphire villa is generous with its accommodation. It comfortably sleeps eight and boasts three en-suite bathrooms with separate WC, plus one WC included. (There are two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs). There is an 8.00m by 4.30m pool.
The kitchen is a gem, with cutting-edge Italian design. Even if you don’t want to have to cook while on holiday, you’ll enjoy its clean lines! The location is sublime, access is easy, and parking is right by your front door. Yet you’ll feel that you’ve got away from it all in this beachfront setting.
This is one of the most attractive and least developed stretches of coastline in Paphos, thanks to its proximity to the historically important Paphos mosaics, some of the best-preserved Roman remains in Europe. Paradise Cove’s spectacular location near to this heritage site guarantees an unobstructed view of the coast as it has been for centuries. The antiquities site has many acres of land with indigenous plants and birds.

That's how we some up pour holiday in this villa !! - the villa was well situated overlooking the sea and approximately 100 meters away. The villa was extremely clean and tidy and even though there are other villas close by , we felt the privacy was very good. The facilities and finish of the villa was very good and our private pool was excellent. The kitchen was well appointed and even though there was 6 of us in the villa, it did not come across as crowded. Everything had a designer finish and feel to it and it is obvious the owners have spent a lot of money preparing these villas. The Coastal Path goes along the front of these villas and it is a pleasure to go for a stroll , right takes you to the Elysium Hotel and left takes you past the Lighthouse and beach , and on to the Castle and Harbour. Next to the villas is the World Heritage Ancient site , which is must see visit . We also found a wonderful small bay about 5 mins walk from the villa that was ideal for snorkelling and swimming. There was also a small tavern to the right along the coast that had a brilliant view of the sunset. Also Coral Bay is within easy drive distance if you want a night out. Overall this was a very well priced villa and ideal for a small group. We have all decided to give 5 stars . Overall a very enjoyable holiday and we will like to return again!
